My time as a therapist has taught me that pain is part of our shared humanity. I believe everyone holds the necessary tools to facilitate change. Therapy is a process that helps us access those tools. Whether this is your first time in therapy or you’re looking for something new, my goal is to meet you where you’re at, and help you work towards the quality of life you want for yourself.

As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I have a particular interest in working with individuals exploring their gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, and relationships.

I strive to ensure that individuals feel see, safe, and supported, approaching each session with curiosity, humor, and empathy. I take into consideration the multiple identities a person holds and their impact on the therapeutic process. Outside of work, I enjoy adventures with my spouse and fur baby, NY Times games, and listening to true crime podcasts.
