Key to surviving burnout

Are you feeling burnt out? Overwhelmed? Isolated? Anxious and stressed? You are not alone! Most people are experiencing all types of emotions due to having to work while experiencing pandemic fatigue. Even as we move forward with the vaccine and starting to slowly (for some people) go back to work, we are still feeling the effects of the pandemic and isolation it caused.

 

This has not been an easy time. Most of us find work to be a place where we can do what we love while interacting with coworkers. Working from home has limited our ability to not only separate our home and work lives but has limited our feelings of connectedness to others.
