Holly Sheahan

I have been a therapist for over 22 years, and worked in private practice for the past 18 years.  I love people, and appreciate that my work allows me to develop authentic, meaningful relationships with my clients.  I bring warmth, compassion and humor into my sessions.  This helps establish and nurture a strong, therapeutic bond, which is essential for the difficult work of therapy.  Life is really hard, and therapy can help reveal hope in the midst of pain and confusion.  It illuminates the inner strength and resiliency that people need, but often can’t see or access within themselves.  I am especially passionate about working with adult children of childhood trauma and, as a Christian, with assisting people in strengthening their relationship with God. It is a joy and a privilege for me to connect with people in the midst of their struggles, and to journey with them toward healing and transformation.
